Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP architectures for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead Kubernetes and Terraform deployments with CI/CD automation
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevOps best practices
- Respond to critical production incidents with rapid resolution protocols
- Document technical specifications and architecture diagrams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or similar DevOps languages
- Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification
- Proven track record of leading cloud migration projects
- Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog or New Relic
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
