Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Manage and maintain company assets (laptops, peripherals, etc.)
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Support office technology needs (printers, networks, etc.)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
