Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures for production environments.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ML models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency to handle high-volume data streams.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and establish best practices for AI development.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated track record of deploying high-impact AI models to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
