Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems for the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Lead the integration of post-quantum cryptography and quantum computing principles into our existing cloud environments.
- AI Integration: Define the technical strategy for embedding generative AI models into core enterprise workflows.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor a team of high-performing engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing resource allocation for real-time data processing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design, with a focus on large-scale enterprise applications.
- Programming: Proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, with a deep understanding of systems programming.
- Cloud & DevOps: Extensive experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker, including CI/CD pipeline management.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and their integration into backend systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
