Responsibilities
- Core Architecture: Define and implement the foundational architecture for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring zero-latency data processing and seamless scalability.
- System Design: Lead the design of high-throughput distributed systems, utilizing microservices and serverless architectures to handle complex neural computations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and senior developers alike, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code review, and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and architect migration paths to our next-generation infrastructure with minimal downtime.
- Security & Compliance: Integrate advanced security protocols and ensure full compliance with international data privacy standards.
- Prototype Development: Collaborate with product owners to translate abstract concepts into viable, deployable code prototypes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Go, Rust, or C++, and proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, Kubernetes orchestration, and real-time data streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
