Responsibilities
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of real-time, self-evolving learning loops.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing protocols into classical machine learning pipelines to solve complex optimization problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure technical feasibility for next-gen interfaces.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models in high-stakes environments, ensuring ethical guidelines and safety compliance.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization to reduce latency in distributed neural systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and at least one major deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Experience with quantum algorithms or quantum simulation libraries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible technology deployment.
