Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformational initiatives
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Gartner Magic Quadrant)
