Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision and architecture for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Design and implement high-availability, distributed microservices architectures.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Conduct deep technical research on emerging trends (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met globally.
- Mentor junior architects and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and development.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into production systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, database design, and data security.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
