Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies and integration points.

- Oversee the research and development of Quantum-Ready Algorithms for future deployment.
- Mentor and mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product and business leaders to translate long-term strategic visions into technical blueprints.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics and data sovereignty in the digital age.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Demonstrated experience in long-term strategic planning and technology forecasting.
- Strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI and future tech regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
