Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable microservices architecture tailored for next-gen data processing.
- Lead the migration strategy for legacy systems to edge-computing frameworks, ensuring zero downtime.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the '2026 Initiative' product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and frontend engineers to integrate AI-driven features seamlessly.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Identify potential risks in system scalability and implement proactive solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (Quantum, 6G, Neuromorphic computing) to advise leadership on strategic adoption.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture and backend engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and Rust, with deep understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems capable of handling high concurrency and low latency.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and data integrity.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
