Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of complex AI models and data pipelines for Project 2026.
- Model Optimization: Drive research into model compression and inference optimization to ensure real-time performance at scale.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and security teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- R&D Integration: Translate academic research papers into deployable, production-grade code and systems.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and tune model accuracy, latency, and throughput in dynamic environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering complex systems from concept to deployment.
