Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in quantum computing and generative AI, to advise the leadership team.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience leading large-scale deployments and technical migrations.
- Strong background in Python, Go, or Rust, with knowledge of modern frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
