Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Design: Architect scalable, high-performance systems tailored for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring longevity and adaptability.
- Technology Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum-ready architectures) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- System Governance: Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment pipelines across distributed teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership to translate business goals into technical reality.
- Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
