Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 neural network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI and system engineering.
- Optimize existing algorithms for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, quantum computing, and edge processing.
- Document system architecture and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
