Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to forecast industry shifts and competitive threats
- Design and validate prototype solutions through rapid experimentation and agile methodologies
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor senior innovation teams and foster a culture of radical experimentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism roles with Fortune 500/tech scale impact
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD) or equivalent demonstrable innovation portfolio
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, patents)
- Experience scaling innovation labs in fast-evolving tech environments
