Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end scalable infrastructure for large-scale AI and machine learning workloads.
- Optimize data pipelines and model inference engines for maximum speed and efficiency.
- Collaborate with research scientists to translate novel algorithms into deployable, reliable services.
- Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across global data centers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for infrastructure as code.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture, with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, Cassandra, or Neo4j).
- Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, or TensorFlow Serving).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
