Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic planning for AI integration, identifying emerging trends and potential disruptions to keep OmniFuture ahead of the curve.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members, translating data into actionable business insights.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
- Innovation Pioneering: Research and prototype cutting-edge AI methodologies, evaluating their viability for commercial application within the next 2-3 years.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global competitors and emerging tech hubs to provide strategic recommendations on market positioning and product differentiation.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budget planning and resource distribution for high-impact AI projects, maximizing ROI and technological impact.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Business Consulting, with a specific focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizon) and translate abstract concepts into concrete, scalable roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of generative AI, neural networks, and large language models, with the ability to converse fluently with technical teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences ranging from engineers to investors.
