Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Chips) to forecast their impact on our stack.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
