Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating next-generation AI models and autonomous agents into our core product suite.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Research & Innovation: Collaborate with R&D teams to pilot emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Multimodal AI and Edge Computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical requirements into clear strategies for executive leadership and product managers.
- Responsible AI: Establish governance frameworks to ensure ethical deployment of AI technologies, addressing bias and safety standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, reducing latency and improving inference accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve high-impact problems with innovative solutions.
