Responsibilities
- Design scalable AI roadmaps targeting 2026 market demands
- Lead development of generative AI models for enterprise clients
- Research emerging quantum-computing integration possibilities
- Present strategic AI frameworks to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior data scientists in ethical AI deployment
- Collaborate with product teams on AI-first feature development
- Drive innovation sprints for 2026 tech ecosystem readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling AI solutions to Fortune 500
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
