Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum error correction protocols

- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography and AI
- Secure $5M+ in NSF and DARPA research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates and publish 2+ high-impact papers annually
- Partner with industry leaders to commercialize quantum solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with superconducting qubits or trapped-ion systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering or quantum materials
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for government contracts
