Job Description
Architect the Future of Human-AI Interaction
We are building the digital infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond. Nexus Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Senior AI & Spatial Interface Engineer to lead the development of next-generation neural interfaces and immersive web experiences.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex artificial intelligence and intuitive, spatial user interfaces. You won't just write code; you will define how humanity interacts with machine intelligence in a three-dimensional space.
Why Join Us?
- Work on cutting-edge projects that define the standard for 2026 technology.
- Competitive compensation and equity package.
- Flexible remote-first culture with premium office amenities in downtown SF.
If you are ready to push the boundaries of what is possible in web development and AI, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Interfaces: Design and implement responsive, low-latency front-end architectures that visualize complex AI data streams in real-time.
- Build Spatial Web Apps: Develop immersive 3D web experiences using WebGL, Three.js, and WebXR standards for future hardware ecosystems.
- Integrate AI Models: Seamlessly connect Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems into user-facing interfaces with conversational UX.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure high-performance rendering and load times for data-heavy visualizations on next-gen devices.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research on emerging web technologies to keep the product stack ahead of the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with AI Researchers: Translate complex model outputs into intuitive visual metaphors for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI integration or spatial computing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Python, and WebGL (Three.js, Babylon.js).
- AI Knowledge: Experience working with RESTful APIs, WebSocket connections, and integrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain).
- 3D Graphics: Strong understanding of 3D math, coordinate systems, and performance optimization for GPU rendering.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex data sets into actionable, user-friendly visual layouts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
