- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Client Strategy: Consult with C-level stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong expertise in designing distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
