Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure long-term strategic initiatives against future benchmarks
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators to anticipate systemic risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or climate tech
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, cross-impact analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and ESG metrics
