Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust, scalable AI systems focused on our 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the design of next-generation autonomous AI agents and multi-agent collaboration frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate advanced LLMs into core business platforms.
- Establish best practices for AI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines.
- Drive technical innovation by researching emerging AI trends and evaluating new frameworks.
- Ensure AI solutions meet rigorous standards for security, ethics, and data privacy.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale, distributed AI systems in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model optimization, and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
