Your Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement novel neural network architectures optimized for long-context reasoning and multimodal understanding.
- Training Pipelines: Spearhead the end-to-end training lifecycle of our foundation models, from data curation to fine-tuning and deployment.
- Research Publication: Publish high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) to contribute to the global AI community.
- Code Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and resource efficiency to support scalable real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in engineering, product, and ethics to translate research into tangible products.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Horovod) is highly desired.
- Innovation: A track record of thinking outside the box and a passion for solving complex, unsolved problems in AI safety and capability.

Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art large language models for the 2026 Horizon initiative.
- Conduct rigorous research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and safety protocols.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with transformer architectures and generative models.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects from conception to completion.
