Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 AI Governance Framework, establishing safety standards for emerging generative models.
- Conduct rigorous adversarial testing and bias audits on large language models to identify and mitigate systemic risks.
- Partner with engineering leads to integrate safety guardrails directly into the model training pipelines.
- Advocate for ethical AI principles within the organization and communicate complex safety concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor global regulatory trends to ensure Nexus 2026 remains compliant with future legislation.
- Lead cross-functional task forces to resolve high-stakes technical and ethical dilemmas.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research, software engineering, or policy-making.
- Deep technical understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and model interpretability.
- Proven track record of leading ethical reviews or safety assessments for large-scale software systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow is highly preferred.
