Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for autonomous robotics.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on reinforcement learning, NLP, and computer vision to meet the 2026 strategic goals.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for edge deployment on robotics hardware, ensuring low latency and high efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers and product managers to integrate AI solutions into physical systems seamlessly.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict safety protocols and ethical guidelines regarding autonomous decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on robotics or autonomous systems.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of robotics kinematics, sensor fusion, and SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
