Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning algorithms for robotic control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in real-world environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and performance.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Computer Vision, and NLP.
- Optimize neural networks for low-latency deployment on edge devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to production.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong understanding of Computer Vision and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
