Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures tailored for enterprise applications.
- Design and optimize deep learning algorithms, focusing on performance, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable software products.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, publishing papers and contributing to the open-source community.
- Evaluate and integrate new hardware accelerators to optimize inference speeds.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or applied AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer architectures.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and model deployment.
