Responsibilities
- Lead Advanced Research: Spearhead the design and execution of novel machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures.
- Optimize Performance: Enhance model efficiency and accuracy for high-dimensional data processing and real-time applications.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning research or a related technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Core Competencies: Strong foundation in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Programming Skills: Advanced knowledge of C++ and CUDA for performance optimization.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
