Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for integrating next-generation AI models into our enterprise ecosystem.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient cloud-native architectures that leverage the latest advancements in Deep Learning.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and test emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum ML) to determine feasibility and integration points.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product managers.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational overhead for production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to research and implement bleeding-edge technologies ahead of the curve.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
