Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of novel algorithms and models focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Publish & Patent: Publish peer-reviewed papers in top-tier conferences and secure patents for breakthrough technologies.
- Prototype Development: Translate theoretical research into production-ready prototypes and scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with software engineers, ethicists, and product managers to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Spark).
- Research Experience: Proven track record of publishing in AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and delivering impactful research results.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of transformer architectures, LLM fine-tuning, or multi-modal learning.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, undefined problems and derive mathematical solutions.
