- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitor technology portfolios and regulatory shifts
- Manage annual $2M+ innovation budget and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) preferred
