Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning and machine learning models.
- Conduct rigorous research to validate new algorithms and architectures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into scalable production systems.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior researchers and data scientists.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Document research findings and contribute to open-source communities where applicable.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in applied AI/ML research and development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, or Computer Vision (depending on specialization).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) or delivering production-level AI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
