Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the design and training of next-generation large language models.

- Algorithm Optimization: Push the limits of computational efficiency and inference speed for on-device AI.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into practical applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in deep learning and natural language processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and CUDA. Experience with Transformer architectures.
- Research Track Record: A proven history of publishing research papers in AI/ML.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, open-ended problems in machine learning.
