Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI models with a focus on long-term scalability and safety.
- Define the technical roadmap for Apex Horizon’s 2026 product suite, integrating emerging technologies like quantum computing interfaces.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate abstract AI concepts into user-centric applications.
- Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous security protocols and ethical AI standards.
- Conduct high-level research to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions that handle millions of requests.
- Experience with AI safety, interpretability, and robustness testing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
