About the Role:

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and execute a comprehensive research strategy to achieve AGI milestones within the specified timeline.

- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of research engineers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Publication & Dissemination: Author high-impact papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) and patent groundbreaking technologies.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in engineering, product, and design to translate research into practical applications.
- Resource Management: Secure and manage computational resources and research budgets to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI research, with a proven track record of leading significant projects.
