Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Architect and execute the technical vision for our 2026 AI initiatives, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models to achieve breakthrough performance metrics.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish robust ethical frameworks and safety guidelines to ensure responsible deployment of AI technologies.
- Research Publication: Author high-impact papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) and contribute to open-source communities.
- Collaboration: Partner with product engineering and data science teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Patent Strategy: Identify patentable innovations and guide the legal team through the intellectual property process.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research roles, preferably within a leading tech company or academic institution.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of tackling ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
