Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching '2026' technology roadmap in strict alignment with the corporate vision.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Edge Computing) and integrate them into future-proof architectures.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to drive strategic innovation.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and ROI of forward-looking technology investments.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to secure buy-in and funding for 2026 innovation projects.
- Identify potential technological disruptions and develop proactive mitigation and adaptation strategies.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought-leadership events focused on future tech trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or strategic innovation.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from concept to enterprise-wide deployment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and next-generation cybersecurity protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environment is highly preferred.
- Strong change management skills and a passion for driving organizational transformation.
