Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Lead research initiatives focused on scalable AI infrastructure and predictive analytics.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and hardware engineers, to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, attending conferences and publishing high-impact research papers.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
