Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-enhanced neural networks and AGI safety protocols
- Develop novel algorithms for real-time multimodal data processing (text, vision, quantum states)
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design AI-optimized quantum computing architectures
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready enterprise solutions
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI/Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record in top-tier AI/quantum computing conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Dask)
- Strong background in quantum machine learning and tensor networks
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems processing >10TB daily data
