Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable quantum algorithms tailored for AI/ML optimization tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Implement and test quantum hardware-software interfaces using cloud-based quantum processors.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices.
- Research emerging quantum technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra and statistical mechanics.
