Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale Transformer models for complex reasoning tasks.
- Architect scalable data pipelines to handle high-velocity, multi-modal data streams.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and publish findings in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer and enterprise products.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy to meet strict latency requirements.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or applied AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
