Responsibilities
- Architect AI Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures for our 2026 product suite, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technological trends.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of proprietary AI models to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) at scale.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about future tech trends, including Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
