Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and diffusion models using proprietary datasets.
- Architect robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of AI agents.
- Research novel techniques for enhancing model reasoning, memory retention, and multi-step planning capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for edge deployment scenarios.
- Contribute to open-source communities and publish research papers on advanced generative techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (3-5+ years of experience).
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or shipping high-impact production models.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior researchers.
