Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Pipelines: Design and implement robust, high-performance machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI evolution, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrating them into our architecture.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and development to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and safe for global deployment.
- Talent & Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into technical architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technical strategy and managing large-scale engineering projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
