Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and deploy scalable deep learning models for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.

Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and neural network architectures.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
