Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance machine learning models optimized for quantum hardware environments.
- Lead the design of our 2026 roadmap, integrating Generative AI with advanced quantum protocols.
- Optimize existing neural networks to achieve zero-latency performance in distributed systems.
- Conduct research into novel AI architectures, including Neuro-symbolic AI and Large Action Models.
- Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into scalable business solutions.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability across all AI deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Experience working with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, or IBM Quantum Experience).
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, production-grade software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
