Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to model future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Architect innovation pipelines for next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Trend Impact Analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping methodologies
